Ive searched about and have been unable to find a). a
validator b). an example as complex as my personal hcard. Take a look:
div class=vcard
style=background-color: #FBFFBF; width:375px; line-height: normal;
padding: 5px;
img
src=""
alt=photo class=photo style=float:left;
I'm sorry for asking a really silly question, but doesn't it make
sense that any class should have a a space as either a dash or
underscore?

There is no general/complete hCard validator yet, though Brian Suda's
excellent X2V processor does provide warnings and errors for common
mistakes.

It is probably a parser issue. Do you have a link to the source document?
I can't replicate the problem. Next time I'll try to save the source
document.
Here are two URLs:

How do I say Albert Einstein (March 14, 1879 – April 18, 1955)
using hCard? Specifically, what is the best way of expressing a
person's life dates?
bday seems like an obvious choice for date of birth. Would adding a
term like dday be appropriate for date of death?
Or would it

question do you have a pointer to the topic on why hcard's are class=vcard
and not class=hcard? In fact why the class=hx is not the standard

Just got a question about the n and fn hcard properties.
If a number of sub-properties are specified within n, do these all have to be
included in fn?
For example, if I had something like:

n:
family-name: Cox
given-name: Rebecca
additional-name:
