I've updated code-examples to include activestate (I was trying to
think of what the name of that site was earlier but couldn't recall)
And I've also added http://microformats.org/wiki/code-brainstorming to
start collecting discussions about where we might see this going.

You certainly know more about it than I do, though I have no qualms
adding it to the wiki. It certainly would solve a bunch of the issues
regarding the added markup for syntax highlighting.
