Hi Marian, I am interested in this as well, from a content provider point-of-view. I am the main developer for a music management company, and I'd like a way to mark up our websites (both corporate and the band's) with their discography's and tag it using some sort of music microformat.

Just chiming in my two pence here: Rather than something like @rel=me self, would a better idea not be to look at including some kind of way of authenticating the source such as a MicroID hash? This has already been discussed on the MicroId list along the lines of this: @rel=me

Hi there, I like these icons but I think, like what happened with the RSS icon an dialogue needs to happen between interested parties (uf developers, browser makers, etc) in regards to their use. And if sites like Technorati also start using them, regular users will become more familiar with

I agree. Microformats are very organic at the moment and I think making more lists to discuss it would have the effect of braking up the community. Discussing on one list allows me to see what's going on as a whole and though one microformat might not suit my needs its good to see what's
