[uf-new] [uf-discuss] hAudio issue: position
Hello All. I would Like to close Issue D3: 2008-01-10 raised by Andy Mabbett in http://microformats.org/discuss/mail/microformats-discuss/2008-January/011343.html as it was resolved in this email http://microformats.org/discuss/mail/microformats-discuss/2008-January/011353.html I would also like to add that the proposal should change to : Position The position is used to describe the position of the hAudio item in a list. Examples of hAudio lists can include album track listings, music top 10 lists, playlists, and podcast chapters. * The element is identified by the class name |position|. * hAudio /MAY/ include one |position| element. * The contents of the element /MUST/ be a number or other sequential identifier. * The Contents Can be specified out-of-sequence. http://microformats.org/wiki/haudio#Position the last section was added because the order in a playlist may not be the same as the track number. We would use the current text in the description of position: http://microformats.org/wiki/haudio#Position and add the following rule to the end: * The sequential identifier MAY be specified out-of-sequence. -- manu ___ microformats-new mailing list microformats-new@microformats.org http://microformats.org/mailman/listinfo/microformats-new
[uf-new] Moving hAudio to Draft stage
We currently have 5 open issues for hAudio that should be fairly easy to resolve now that we have a proposal on the table, htitle by Martin McEvoy, to resolve the contentious title debate on hAudio. I'd like to set a goal to close all remaining hAudio issues in the next 2-4 weeks. I'm sending this e-mail out as a heads-up to those that are interested in helping to improve hAudio and to get it to the next step in the Microformats process: Draft Specification. Both Martin and I will be posting the remaining hAudio issues and will be asking for feedback from the community in order to resolve the issues. Please respond to each issue with a +1 or a -1 if you have input on each issue and we'll hopefully close each of these issues if we reach a reasonable amount of consensus. -- manu ___ microformats-new mailing list microformats-new@microformats.org http://microformats.org/mailman/listinfo/microformats-new
