Remedy Mid-Tier concepts, Remedy Flashboards 2.0, Remedy Web (Java Client), Remedy Service Level Agreements, Remedy Customer Relationship Management and Remedy Notification/email Engine. Develop, Install, Train, and Support our Enterprise wide Remedy applications on 24x7 rotation. Administrate client access and familiar with Windows XP Pro and Internet Explorer for both Remedy ARWEB, Remedy MidTier, and the Remedy ARS Windows User tools. Experience with Oracle 8.0 series and Solaris 2.x platforms to meet ht Remedy application production requirements. Skilled in troubleshooting application failure including database and webservices. Manage interfaces from Peoplesoft, Siebel,SLM, aEDW,and Visionael as it pertains to reference data populating the Remedy sub tables. Experience with Remedy?Netcool ARS gateway Experience with Informatica Data Engine.
