Milwaukee based - Travel Required Complete Description: The first part is to perform the duties assigned as a Talent Manager Lead reporting to the Functional Talent Manager Lead on Project Edison and then serving in the capacity of a Solution Designer – also on the project. Project Duties • Represent the SAP HCM team at the weekly Leadership Team Meetings. Report on progress, challenges and concerns. • Lead the SAP HCM design, build and implementation for all SAP modules. • Ensure that complete, accurate and approved documentation is delivered after every phase of the SAP HCM project. • Engage with Accenture SAP HCM, Business and other team leads, to ensure sign off on SAP solution design deliverables. • Lead SAP HCM risk mitigation initiatives. • Lead the SAP HCM Team to ensure that all SAP HCM Design Deliverables are delivered, completely, accurately, and in line with Project Edison milestones. • Ensure that SAP HCM business needs are met. • Encourage open, honest, civil and respectful communication.
