This will be a dual role. Milwaukee based - Travel Required

Complete Description:
The first part is to perform the duties assigned as a Talent Manager Lead
reporting to the Functional Talent Manager Lead on Project Edison and then
serving in the capacity of a Solution Designer – also on the project.
Project Duties
• Represent the SAP HCM team at the weekly Leadership Team Meetings. Report
on progress, challenges and concerns.
• Lead the SAP HCM design, build and implementation for all SAP modules.
• Ensure that complete, accurate and approved documentation is delivered
after every phase of the SAP HCM project.
• Engage with Accenture SAP HCM, Business and other team leads, to ensure
sign off on SAP solution design deliverables.
• Lead SAP HCM risk mitigation initiatives.
• Lead the SAP HCM Team to ensure that all SAP HCM Design Deliverables are
delivered, completely, accurately, and in line with Project Edison
milestones.
• Ensure that SAP HCM business needs are met.
• Encourage open, honest, civil and respectful communication.
Part 1: Talent Management Lead - Required Skills:
• SAP Succession Management
• SAP Talent Visualization by Nakisa
• SAP Recruiting
• SAP Configuration
• SAP Employee Administration (PA)
• SAP Organization Management (OM)

Part 2: Solution Designer – Share this role with a second person
• Lead SAP HCM Governance, across all the modules of SAP HCM, (which now
consists of a larger SAP footprint, i.e. PA, OM, Time, Payroll,
Compensation, ESS, MSS, E-Learning and E-Recruiting).
• Lead the Integration with other Systems, for example Ceridian, Fedility,
Concur, SRM, Portal, BW and Finance.
• Provide SAP HCM Solution Design Ownership,
• Governance and Oversight of (other) SAP HCM Projects, (for example, the
implementation of Support Packs).
• Lead HP with Application Support, (as the SAP HCM Design develops and
matures),
• Support SAP HCM Business and the related System Changes or Enhancements,
and
• Provide end user support, (levels 2 and 3), across all the modules of SAP
HCM, (PA,OM, Time, Payroll, Compensation, ESS, MSS, E-Learning and
E-Recruiting).
• XML Exposure
• Experience with SAP Talent Management Processes (Rec, Perf Mngt, Learning)
• Process Documentation & Mapping
• Project Management
• SAP Performance Management
• SAP Enterprise Learning (EL)
• SAP Employee Self Service (ESS)
• SAP Manager Self Service (MSS)
