After posting the issue on JIRA
I approached BIRT 2.5.1 to solve the Problem of BCC.
I found there is two Data Sources one one is JDBC and second is Report
parameter.
After i change the required u&p and export it to Mifosreplib and when i want
to save the BCC save option tell that the
What I'm not clear is what is being downgraded to 2.3.2. The report
developer needs to be downgraded in order to edit the report, or the web
viewer that is built into Mifos.
Or maybe this is some issue connected with changing the login/password for
getting to the Mifos database?

I've updated it with Adhikar's recent experience with the error.
This is a core standard report so I'm hoping users don't have to
downgrade to BIRT 2.3.2 for it to work as Amit suggests

This -2 gives me a tesion a lot.but I solved it .
Please follow these steps
1.Take a backup of all data
2. Stop apache
3.Delete mifos.war for webapps and work from your apache directory.
4.Delete all logs form the said directory.
5.Uninstall BIRT (if i am not wrong you have a version

we have recently migrated from 1.3 to 1.5 , though branch progress
report is working fine but branch cash confirmation is not working even the
parameter i.e. select branch is not populated.
When we select, it always shows -2.
