I was wondering if anyone could help me on this issue I am facing. I have
chosen recalculate interest as yes for a loan product. In the loan account,
the interest and principal is same for a few installments. I do not know

If you have opened an account with a past date, then till the present date
interest will be calculated on outstanding principal balance as you have
enabled interest recalculation. It will recalculate the interest till the
present date.
