This is for whom Mifos X up-gradation has failed due to Migration of schema
failed. Please follow the mentioned steps in the provided link here to fix
the issue and start using mifos x:-

Hi all!How do we restore the mifos x 15.13.1 database?after upgrading from
mifos 1.26 to 15.3.1 things were working fine except uploading of clients photo
and documents. then we were removing some un used accounts in chart of
accounts. after this we found all of our products has been deleted

Good to know that you have taken database backup before doing the
up-gradation.
Since you have database backup you could restore to any one of the mifos x
i.e: either 1.26 or 15.03.1. by downloading fresh mifos x from :-
*http://sourceforge.net/projects/mifos/files/Mifos%20X/
