Do you disable/enable the hotspot service at all? (under /ip hotspot not a
user) I am NOT referring to users.

I dont know how to exactly replicate your bug.. Its strange for me to hear that
because I work a lot with hotspots in events and usually we create users "on
the fly"

Irrelevant of users.
I enable hotspot. Power on the device and when they try to get online they
just see a timeout error page. They can get online if I do an ip-binding.
If I simply reboot the users will see the login page instead of timing out.

Hotspot off. Works as expected.
If I enable hotspot users will not see the internal web page. It will just
time out, but it does prevent them from getting online. Now if I reboot at
this point, the redirect and web page work as they should. I was hoping
there's a version where this bug didn't
What?

I disable the hotspot when a sponsor pays for the wifi. The problem is
that when I turn it back on the redirect will not function right so I
reboot. Is there a resolution to this in some version? This is an rb750.
