Well,
I've tried most of the suggestions.
Mainly updated to 6.30.4 and disabled Fast Path
Ever since updating to 6.30.4 it's now happening on ports that aren't part of
that bridge...
Any other suggestions?

No, actually Mikrotik uses the *lowest* MAC address of all the ports belonging
to the bridge.
The problem this causes is that if the bridge is one that has dynamic
membership (PPTP, WDS, etc.), the bridge's MAC can change in mid-flight.

that MAC won't exist anywhere
