The new builds of MinGW-W64 based on GCC-7.1.0 is uploaded.
MinGW-w64 v5.0.2 is used.

As Kai said yesterday on IRC, in the case of cross compiling libpthread 
has to be available prior to libgcc. That is the reason why we link 
against fake libs.

Copying the libgcc function is not an option because everything has to 
be GPL thereafter.
