Schweitzer SEL-3354 hardened computer 5.0 install and no video

I am trying to iinstall 5. on a SEL-3354 hardened AMD64 machine. I have managed to install it, and get it to boot, but I am not getting any video out of either VGA port after rebooting from the installattion. I did have ideo during the isnatllation, and the console appears to be active on this, as

pf divert-to not allowed on outbound?

When I use the line: pass out on egress inet proto tcp all divert-to 127.0.0.1 port $port I get the error: address specified for outgoing divert Is there a reason for this to be forbidden? How else can I redirect outgoing packets to a local port, with the goal of transparent proxying? I guess
