Hi Erling, Your problem is probably with the page name. Check it with usbhidctl -r -f /dev/uhid0 (the value you're interested in is what is shown for "Collection page"). Also, it's probably required for the actions to go on new lines in the action config. And for dubugging I'd use something like

Dear readers, I was running a OpenBSD (6.4) device, with a raid mirror array. One of the disk failed, so the system ask me to fsck, which I did before checking the raid status manually ( :'( ) , THEN I rebooted and softraid told me: one of the hard drive is dead. But fsck already destroyed a few
