Hello, I'm a newbie to OpenBSD and I'm looking at designing a redundant webserver and MySQL server. I think I have the MySQL side covered with the MySQL functionality.
However, I'm curious to know if anyone has used CARP/PFSYNC as a "primary" and "secondary" Apache server. The Apache server will use a virtual name, so an IP address probably won't be a problem. There is a firewall already in front of the OpenBSD box. The goal is to have minimal downtime if there is a hardware failure. Thoughts? Suggestions? Thanks in advance, Mike
