Not too helpful but I have been having the same issue (twice in the past two days!) I am on Internode HFC and I 'spose you must be on some variety of the same going off VLAN2. Powering off the NTD for a minute helps but it's getting annoying. I'm on 7.1 and happy to help test any fixes :)
