Hello, I just want to inform you that the problems are resolved with the current OpenBSD 3.9 bootfloppy (ftp://ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/snapshots/i386/floppy39.fs). I just added to the bootfloppy /etc/boot.conf (for console output via serial port) and the network works without any problems ;)
