Good catch. The dmesg came from an install CD from a couple months old
snapshot... It really is a 148, not sure where the 1GHz came from.

but here's a preliminary dmesg (thanks to Kurt Seifried), further tests
to follow (on-board RAID probably not working except for JBOD, second
NIC not seen yet).
