Why use fixed RELXDIR ?
snippet from /usr/src/distrib/*/iso/Makefile:

CDROM= install${REV}.iso
RELXDIR=/home/relx-${MACHINE}
RELDIR?=/home/rel-${MACHINE}
Is it a typo, or advisement?
Can we move CDROM, RELXDIR, and RELDIR to '${TOP
