last update .. Theo has built a new snapshot which I installed on the
alpha. It works well, and after booting into it the nsd configure run
works just fine.
So, thanks to Theo for the latest snap :)

I know you're all on the edge of your seat for the next episode in
this saga .. so here goes.
`make build` failed during the night (after 431 minutes build time)
while running configure for nsd. Here's the failing test:
checking size of off_t... pid 87911 (conftest): unaligned access:
Building a -current kernel took over an hour (I forgot to time it),
but it worked! I'm now going to build a release, but that's going to
take several hours, if the kernel build time is any indication...
