Re: Router with NAT and DMZ host

Now there is one issue remaining, for some reason I cannot surf the
internet, make an FTP connection, etc... from the router itself. When
try to surf the internet lynx hangs at making http connection to x. So
how do I fix this? Is there some problem with my network configuration,
or did I configure something wrong in pf.conf?

Problem with resolv.conf ?

 Hello,

I tried to boot OpenBSD on E7230 chipset, but no luck so faar. System
hangs during device recognition in random moments.
Strange thing is that cursor jumps to the center of the screen.

Has anyone managed to run OpenBSD on E7230 chipset ?

Yes, from 3.8, without problems:

Planck, can you shed some more light here ? or maybe
provide me a link with examples ?

1. man pf.conf (hint hfsc)
2. http://www.openbsd.org/faq/pf/queueing.html (hint HFSC)
3. http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~hzhang/HFSC/main.html

I want to do traffic shaping as per protocol basis so
if i give a certian bandwith to HTTP protocole , isnt
there any way i can diffrenciate between HTTP webpages
HTTP downloads of huge .iso files ?
i dont want users who are downloading huge files
effect userrs who are only checking their webmails.

 is there any way ?

Use hfsc. Define upperlimit for queue, set higher initial bandwidth
assignment and decrease that after some miliseconds. Something like that:
queue http_q hfsc( ecn upperlimit($initial_bw $time_in_ms_d $w_after_time)

 Hey all,

I want to purchase some new gear, and I need to purchase from Dell.
So, I'm wondering what others may have bought from Dell and any
 gotchas and such. Thanks.

I have PowerEdge 2850 and 850 servers and they works well. Besides look
