If anyone in Calgary has a battery for a Dell Perc 6/i RAID controller
available, we urgently need one.

That's a Dell RAID card, they are the 3.7V 7A batteries with the
multicoloured wire.

(Urgently, as in I can't find anyone to get us one within 2 weeks;
and the order placed a week ago still is not here).
