You believe the disk should support APM.  The disk claims otherwise.
Since you don't actually provide any information about the device
(dmesg?  full atactl identify output?) that would indicate a problem
with the device driver, the only suggestion anyone is likely to make
is that you should take it up with the disk manufacturer.

Hi all,

I have one disk (wd2) that does'nt shut down. It has Power Management
feature but does not reply to apmset. It's a brand new disk ; I believe
it should have the feature.
Could someone help me ?
