From the fetchmail man page :
   -m command | --mda command
  (Keyword: mda) You can force mail to be  passed  to
  an  MDA directly (rather than forwarded to port 25)
  with the --mda or -m option.

How about fetchmail? (with procmail / maildrop / whatever)
