This looks like an svg raster image (as opposed to a vector image,
which would take some manual effort).
Probably worth setting expectations accordingly?

For a little project to promote, I had the idea to convert the gif image
about Puffy, into svg with Inkscape.
Some will consider it a bad idea ... !
At least, the image in SVG format exists.
