Shaping and QOS with multiple IP's on a single NIC in bridge mode

Hello.

Does the traffic shaping and QOS work well across multiple public IP's with 
only One network card in bridge mode ?

I haven't come across this issue before, but will very soon.

Anyone have experience with this ?
