WAN links failover

Hello, misc@ I have OpenBSD internet gateway for medium company and 2 WAN lines from different providers. First (line A) is flat rate 512K, second (line B) is charged per megabyte. I want to setup this two links to work in failover, i.e. to use Line A all the time (with Line B being idle),
