There are some miniPCIe NICs with 1 or even 2 RJ45 so this may also be a solution but probably in custom made case not in "original".

board ord boards with case for a router firewall
Hi there, we use mostly soekris for ourt router/firewall solution with openBSD but since there seems to be not much of development and they are kinda expensive still... I was wondering if you guys could give some suggestions on other Hardware for this usecase?
