httpd not reachable from outside

Hi. My httpd was working perfectly for the last 32 days and today I it doesnt respond anymore. Last change I made on this box was update nextcloud package, tested after the upgrade and it was working. The machine is running 7.1-stable. httpd responds on the machine itself with a curl localhost
