I've a problem to boot from openbsd install cd. It's a new HP model
dc5850. The system stops before the boot prompt exactly on this:
probing: pc0 com0 mem[
Any ideas what is happening ? I've tried from usb memory stick and the
same problem. Both the cd and usb work on my thinkpad
Did you try latest snapshot?

Hi,
I have just updated from 4.3 to 4.4 on one of my boxes. All has gone
well except for the network device not being left up and running after
the machine has been booted.
The machine is running dhclient with the hostname file just containing
dhcp NONE NONE NONE. During the boot I see
My laptop has been crashing quite a bit lately. Because its running X, I
can't actually see anything in ddb. So I just type boot dump and wait
for it to reboot. Every time I do this though, trying to look at the
dump using gdb I get:
