I can get smtpd and dovecot working mostly as expected but only by dispensing
with all the filters.
As is from the faq, smtpd bails with:
smtpd: bind: address already in use

Is there any way to force OpenSMTPD to use SMTPS on port 465 for
outgoing relays (without using a smarthost)?
