I just found out my ISP blocked outbound smtp port, so my rule accept for any
relay doesn't work. Went through the man page and looks to me there is no way
to configure opensmtpd to use port smtps by default.

If you are using say a remote smart host, mandrill, gmail etc, you
might want to look at relay via (in smtpd.conf(5)). This will give
you different port options to bypass your ISPs 'block out to any port
smtp'.
