keyword in smtpd.conf
The rework allows us to make the parameters swappable.

Noticed an issue with `--libexecdir` setting, not sure in which snapshot it
has been introduced.
According to configure --help
--libexecdir=DIRprogram executables [EPREFIX/libexec]
--sysconfdir=DIRread-only single-machine data [PREFIX/etc]
