I have just make à docker with OpenSMTPD+dovecot+MySQL.
It's use only virtual user/domain/userinfo so you doesn't need to
create system users.
It's working and I can share it on github or other. You are not forced
to use docker, You can just pick MySQL databases and queries for
OpenSMPTD and
