I figured out where the problem was, it is present in both 5.4.4-rc1 AND
snapshots, I have committed a fix and will publish -rc2 shortly.
Please do your tests on that one ;-)

It comes non-bootstrapped, otherwise the build is fine. Of course, it's
actually needed to provide it bootstrapped.
The real problem here is that resolving isn't working properly which I
suspect probably is a "libasr" issue.

As mentionned a couple days ago, we have delayed slightly our release of
a new major version as it needs more polishing for us to be happy.
In the meantime, there's enough minor bugfixes in the latest stable that
