Just installed OpenBSD from the latest snapshot. I used the AMD64 arch. Now the weird thing is that X is terrible slow if I boot with the bsd.mp kernel. Basic kernel and X work fine together although the X isn't the fastest as I use vesa driver. Is there anything to be done to increase

Hi again, I tested HDD with iozone on both linux and OpenBSD, with softdeps, disk cache between 5 and 50%, and namei augmented ( following tha faq about hdd performance ) And still get the same poor performance if compared with linux. 17Mb/s linux, and openbsd 5Mb/s Any other suggestion?
