Per http://www.openbsd.org/faq/pf/macros.html
It looks like your list should look like:
vpnip = "{ 77.90.247.88, 112.119.192.26, 85.95.253.145, 31.210.111.78,

A much better approach is to do:
$ man pf.conf
This and the previous question will be easily answered by reading the

Hi,
I've got the problem that sasyncd fails to start on system boot. On the console
screen I see:
'starting early daemons: syslogd pflogd ntpd isakmpd sasyncd(failed)'
This is my /etc/rc.conf.local:

sasyncd_flags="-"
isakmpd_flags="-K"

There is no resolvconf in base I'm aware of. I'm guessing you could script
changes to /etc/resolv.conf.tail but not sure if it can handle dynamic changes
or not.
