Tried this:
pkg_delete wireguard-tools
pkg_delete -a(which removes bash-5.2.15)
then
pkg_add wireguard-tools (which also reinstalls bash-5.2.15)
And it resolved the issue on all 3 systems.
Have you tried rebuilding it?
