MITK-ProjectTemplate master.

Hi,
seems like we forgot to change MITK_BUILD_TUTORIAL to MITK_BUILD_EXAMPLES in
the MITK-ProjectTemplate directory. Just change the build directory in CMake
from X:\YourMITKProjectTemplateBuildDir to X:\
YourMITKProjectTemplateBuildDir\MITK-superbuild, and switch on
MITK_BUILD_EXAMPLES there

Are you setting that option in the ProjectTemplate superbuild? Try to switch
your CMake binary folder to /MITK-superbuild/MITK-build and
enable MITK_BUILD_TUTORIAL there.
Does it give any CMake errors/warnings?
