[mitk-users] Loading scene event

2016-08-17 Thread Nil Goyette
Hi All,

I asked some months ago if there was a way (signal/slot, bool somewhere,
etc.) to know if a scene is loading, or finished loading. Someone told
me there was no way to know at the moment.

The problem is that, as our application grow bigger and more complex, we
need to know! I hacked my way around the problem but this is getting
dirty and I would prefer a good solution.

I'm not a MITK's expert, but I'm starting to know how stuff works and I
want to code it. Can someone tells me how it *could* be done? A
signal/slot would be realy cool, but I don't see how this would be
feasible. Any idea to do it properly? Something that you would want to
merge. Thank you for your time.

Nil

Re: [mitk-users] save transformed images after manual rigid registration

Hi Stephan,

please keep the discussion on the list, so others can chime in.

Which version of MITK are you using? One of the releases? A self-build one?

If you save the image as described by me as .nrrd file and open it in a text
editor, what does the “space origin: (x,y,z)” line say? Does it match the
corresponding origin if you right click on the transformed image and select
“Details”?

Best,
Caspar

Hi Caspar,

Thank you for your reply. That is exactly what I have done. Although the
project can be saved with the transformed images, if separate images are saved
they are not transformed.
Since I’d like to analyse the transformed volumes in another program this does
not fix things for me…

Hi Stephan,

our old registration plugins have some issues and will be replaced soon.
However, for me using the manual registration seems to work fine with the
following workflow:
Load image Moving
Load image Fixed
Open rigid registration view and tick the Manual Registraion box
Select Fixed and Moving in the datamanager (in that order)
Move any (number of) slider(s)
Left click into the datamanager onto Moving to select only it
Right click on Moving and select “Save”

The resulting file is transformed for me.

Does this help you?

Best,
Caspar

Betreff: [mitk-users] save transformed images after manual rigid registration

Dear all,

I have multiple 3D images that are not properly aligned. This can be solved by
manual registration under the rigid registration menu.
However, I cannot save the transformed images after alignment and therefore
cannot align more than 2 images (transformation of the first images may be
undone when loading a new image).

Does anyone know how to save transformed images after manual registration
alignment?

Kind regards,
