Hi all,
I'm using the mitk segmentation tool "Threshold" inside one of my own plugins.
My question is, how do I notice when the tool has completed the segmentation
process. I know I have to press a button called "Confirm Segmentation" to apply
the current thresholds, but I don't have access to these dynamic UI elements.
Is there a way to observe a change for instance on the node e.g. through
GetToolManager()->GetWorkingData(0) or even the data manager??
Any suggestions are appreciated.
