Im creating my own maps for my Garmin device. The maps are really working great on my device. Thanks to all for your work to mkgmap. Without that I wouldnt be able to create maps.
But last weekend I came across an issue with integrating the maps to Garmin Basecamp.

how to easy compile TYP/style files to use with my osm garmin maps.
I can't find any good guide pages or anything about this, only a few
tools to use.

I suspect you have set your highest level at too high a resolution. My lowest
resolution (5:16 in the options style file) seems to show information when
zoomed far out. Obviously you need to show symbols at that level/resolution as
