Have a look at the street running paralell to the railwaylines (name
Thomas-Tamussino-Straße, ref B11).
Mappers have nicely and correctly entered the bridge. The section after
the bridge is only about 3m long,
Just discovered a weirdness in that map.
The short segment at the northern end of the bridge is actually two
ways (one on top of the other). Using the middle mouse button in josm
you can see that. Perhaps, this is the cause of your problems.

It's a common mistake. I had some problems myself with these multiple copies of
