In newer versions of mkgmap it wont break routing, but it is difficult

searches more difficult
I was thinking in write some code ro re-join ways before running mkgmap, but

Why should we use -merge-line ?
Why should we dont use -merge-lines ?
Will the img-Files be smaler with merge-line ?
Will search be faster ?
