some hints on how to solve the conflict between Eclipse and ant, and had no

okay, I also don't care about the copyright, but I think Steve wanted a
copyright header in all mkgmap java sources.
Reg. the doc files: I don't know what happens on the server. There is a
directory scripts but I assume it is not up to date.
