[Mlt-devel] dropping FFmpeg 0.5 and 0.6 from tests

Brian, my patches to support libav and ffmpeg master are basically done. I want to do more testing and plan to push them to mlt git this weekend. In the process, I have dropped the code supporting versions 0.5 and 0.6; it did help quite a bit. Thanks. -- +-DRD-+ -
