You could try using an emulator like Wine, but I'm not sure if
Mnemosyne works under Wine.
Otherwise, you'll have to find a Windows machine first...

One way you could do this:
Install Mnemosyne Portable, as Oisín suggested, then save your .mem file to
the USB drive as well. Then, just install Mnemosyne for Linux on your home
computer, and point it at the same .mem file on your USB drive.
This way, you can use Mnemosyne at home and on the go.
