First make sure to update Mnemosyne to the latest version. Then, compact your
database.

I deleted the whole config directory ~/.config/mnemosyne so both
config.db
and config where deleted.
Is there any other directory to consider?

Not sure what you mean by Python client, as all versions are based on
Python.
Does the problem go away if you only start a single instance?
If not, you can always try creating an empty file at
'C:\\Users\\Abakus\\AppData\\Roaming\\Mnemosyne\\log.txt'
