Changing that at this stage would be too big a change for people who
are used to the current system.
However, it's not too difficult to modify your local copy of Mnemosyne

So I've noticed this ever since I began using Ubuntu's Mnemosyne, but:
if one C-d's into the deck search screen, types in the phrase, and
hits Enter - whenever the phrase is not found, a dialog pops up to say
as much. I then hit Enter, closing the dialog, and a *second*
identical dialog

correctly in all other programs - it appears the problem occurs only
with Mnemosyne. Incidentally, the problem does not occur when running
