Added automatic discovery of restcomm REST service using container
(Jboss/tomcat) tools.
Also updated ProjectApplicationsApi and WebTrigger so that they use the new
mechanism
and removed old restcomm.xml based discovery method.
Fixes #556, refers #4, refers #540.
